"The employees at Wayne Cottrell State Farm are amazing! I actually had Progressive insurance for a while but switched back after not liking the very impersonal approach. I am so happy that with Statefarm I always get a live person on the phone right away and don’t have to select a lot of automated prompts to get me to someone. I had an accident backing into someone and Statefarm made the situation entirely stress free. I do not want to think what it would have been like dealing with it through a different insurance company."
